How does it work?
A simple program where everyone wins
1. You recommend Membri
Fill out the online form with the contact information of the organization you want to recommend.
2. We qualify the referral
Our team confirms eligibility and assesses the referred organization's needs.
3. The organization becomes a client
When the organization signs an eligible Membri contract, the benefits are activated.
4. You receive your reward
The referred client receives its first-year benefit and your ambassador credit is added to your file; it will be applied automatically at your next renewal.
Who can participate?
The program is open to:
- Any association that is a Membri client
- Any chamber of commerce that is a Membri client
- Any non-profit that is a Membri client
No minimum period of use is required.

Main conditions
Rewards apply only to:
- Membri licences
- eligible optional modules
They do not apply to:
- Microsoft licences,
- Implementation services,
- Customizations,
- Custom development,
- Ticketing fees, or
- Support.

Ambassador reward
Receive a credit equal to:
- 10% of the eligible value of the contract signed by the referred organization
The credit:
- is cumulative
- can be earned for multiple referrals
- applies to your Membri licence and eligible modules
- can be carried over to a later year if the accumulated amount exceeds your next renewal
Frequently asked questions
Can I refer more than one organization?
Yes. There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals you can submit. Ambassador credits accumulate for each referral that becomes a client.
When will I receive my ambassador credit?
The ambassador credit is added to your account as soon as the referred organization signs an eligible Membri contract.
Can ambassador credits be carried over?
Yes. If your accumulated credits exceed the value of your next renewal, the remaining balance can be applied to a later eligible renewal.
What benefit does my contact receive?
The referred organization receives a 25% discount on its Membri subscription and on eligible modules during its first year.
What happens if the referred organization does not become a client?
No ambassador credit is granted until the referred organization has signed an eligible Membri contract.
