Association event setup
Our member management solution also includes an integrated event management module for associations that handles the entire registration and invoicing process. The module lets you set up simple or complex events and put them on sale, with many important settings for customizing the participant registration process.
Integrated ticketing
For each event put on sale through the member management platform, a registration link is automatically generated so participants can register through our integrated online ticketing. The participant can sign in and provide their billing information, select their tickets, identify the attendees and pay for their registration online if the event has a fee. Additional fees apply for using the ticketing for paid events. There are no fees for free events. The association must pay the fees related to its merchant account, such as credit card fees. You can set up service fees to charge participants if you wish. This can help you cover some of the costs of using the ticketing. Nothing has been overlooked in this event management module for associations.
Registration management
All registrations received, participant information and invoices generated are centralized in the CRM’s event management module for associations. Our ticketing interacts directly with your data, so the information is always up to date. Membri also includes several automated workflows to, among other things, simplify the partial or full cancellation of a registration or make taking participant attendance easier.
