When Membri is launched, we import all your contacts, companies, and their complete membership information. It is also possible to import billing history and events according to your needs.

Membri has been developed on the Microsoft PowerApps platform. It is therefore very easy to add fields specific to your needs.

Our Membri Member Management Solution interface is compatible with the following accounting systems: AcombaX, Acomba Classic, Avantage, Sage 50, Sage Accounting, Sage Online, and QuickBooks Online. The automated interface for the transfer and creation of accounts, invoices and payments integrates with the available capabilities of your accounting system.

Multiple automated statement mailings can be configured to all accounts/contacts that have open invoices from your Membri environment. You can even determine the desired time between sending different statements.

It is possible to send mass emails to your members with Membri. For associations wishing to run email marketing campaigns or manage a newsletter, we suggest using MailChimp, a proven platform, as we offer an interface to synchronize data between the two systems.

In collaboration with our team, it is possible to send automated emails for which you have written the text, and which carry your colors and your logos, many possibilities are offered to you with our member management solution.

Membri includes an integrated e-commerce platform that allows you to sell your event tickets. Our system offers you a wide range of features to manage prices and availability of tickets.

The event creation module of our member management solution allows you to set up pre-sale promotions (discounts during a certain period before the event) and tiered pricing (the price varies according to the quantity purchased).

Through the event module of our management system, it is possible to identify which members or categories of members can have access to certain types of tickets.

Membri, our association management solution, allows you to indicate how many people can attend each of your activities. When you purchase a ticket, the number of seats for each activity on the ticket is automatically recalculated so you never have to worry about selling more tickets than there are seats available.

Our association management platform allows you to combine the activities you want on a ticket and create multiple ticket types at different prices.

Membri offers a wide range of features to track sponsorships, from prospecting to allocation of funds. No need to track them in an Excel file.

Of course, you can! Membri, our association CRM and its solicitations and mandates module allow you to create a plan for annual partnership solicitations, event partnerships, mandates, and orders. It is also possible to share solicitations with the members of your team who must follow up and ultimately win them. Follow-ups can be done within the solicitation. Earned solicitations create entities of the same type that you will only need to bill directly from your Membri. In addition, you will soon be able to create solicitations for memberships and renewals.
